Roz has over 20 years of combined experience in veterinary medicine (large, small, exotic and wildlife), as a zookeeper volunteer (Atascadero Zoo, Los Angeles Zoo) and as a wildlife rehabilitator (IWRC, NWRA, IBRRC and Pacific Wildlife Care based in Morro Bay, CA) in addition to acquiring a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science/Pre-Veterinary Medicine with emphasis in Biochemistry and Microbiology. Her passion for animal care led her to create Roz's Customized Pet Solutions. Her rare and extensive experiences with hundreds of species of animals puts her in the unique position of having an insight into dealing with various difficult situations.

Robert holds an M.S. in Anthropology from Cal State Fullerton and is an animal magnet. He is detail-oriented and meticulous. He mainly keeps us organized and functioning with efficiency as well as helping clients walk their dogs.
