Roz had so much patience with us. She understood our concerns and really listened and adapted to our dog's needs as they came up. Before each session we were given a sheet to take notes. Roz was great at letting us know what we would be working on, why and how each lesson built on the last allowing our dog to dictate the pace. She is very responsive with email questions between sessions. It was such a great experience and feel we gained so many insights and important skills we will use with every dog we bring into our family.
